We offer a quality diamond re-plating service for your existing tools, we use grade A diamonds which provide more fracture points. This results in greater cutting properties and longer tool life.

The re-plating process consists of stripping off the old diamond, checking the integrity of the tooling, re-plating in your chosen grit size and finally a quick dressing to remove any high points.

This procedure can take between 3 to 4 weeks but rest-assured you will be more than happy with the finished results.

All diamond tooling with be marked with a specific part number for future reference in respect of tool life when re-plating numerous times. By doing this it allows us to monitor how a tool is performing and identify any potential issues such as run-out or tool balance.
